We are very happy to share the results of the Laboratory of Urban Regeneration at Espacio Odeón, where we transformed a part of our outdoor patio into an edible garden with medicinal herbs, some native tubers, and mushrooms. After experimenting with urban agriculture and regenerative architecture, we want to invite you to participate in a collective work “minga” where we will plant more herbs, and cook a delicious ajiaco together, with produce from the Santa Elena Garden at the Perseverancia neighborhood.

Come and learn about food sovereignty, urban regeneration, urban agriculture, regenerative design and architecture, and to share with the community that emerged from this laboratory, which we hope will continue to grow.
